East Tennessee State University

East Tennessee State University is a large four-year, primarily nonresidential school, located in a small city (Johnson City, Tennessee). It is a public school, located in the fantastic Southeast area of the country.

East Tennessee State University has a closed admissions policy. This doesn't mean you won't be able to be admitted to the school, but that you should contact the admissions office for complete admissions information. In order to apply for admittance, you will need your high school GPA, your transcripts, and your standardized test scores, such as those from an ACT or SAT. (Check with the admissions office to see which tests are acceptable.) If English is not your primary language, it is required that you take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and submit the results with your admissions application.
