Fort Valley State University is a small four-year, primarily residential school, located in a fringe rural area (Fort Valley, Georgia). It is a public school, located in the fantastic East Coast area of the country. It is considered a historically black school, as well as a land-grant school. Fort Valley State University has a closed admissions policy. This doesn't mean you won't be able to be admitted to the school, but that you should contact the admissions office for complete admissions information. In order to apply for admittance, you will need your high school GPA, transcripts, and standardized test scores, such as those from an ACT or SAT.
