Institute of American Indian and Alaska Native Culture

Institute of American Indian and Alaska Native Culture is a very small, four-year, highly residential school, located in a fringe rural area (Santa Fe, New Mexico). It is a public school, located in the exciting Southwest area of the country. It is considered a tribal school, primarily for Native American populations, as well as an original land-grant school. (Land-grant institutions are schools that have been designated by Congress to receive the benefits of the Morrill Acts of 1862 and 1890.)
