Langston University

Langston University is a small four-year, highly residential school, located in a distant rural area (Langston, Oklahoma). It is a public school, located in the scenic South Central area of the country. It is considered a historically black school, as well as a land-grant school. (Land-grant institutions are schools that have been designated by Congress to receive the benefits of the Morrill Acts of 1862 and 1890.)

Dr. Joann W. Haysbert is the President of the school. You can find more information about Langston University by visiting their website.

Langston University has an open admissions policy. This policy may or may not affect your chances of being admitted to the school.

There are currently 2,940 students enrolled in the Langston University.

Academic and career counseling services are available to students and, if it fits better with your needs, the school offers some programs via distance learning.

The school has on-campus housing available for up to 1,496 students. On-campus housing costs average about $2,320 per year. You may also choose to participate in a meals program (19 meals per week) for an additional $2,230. (This could be a weekly, monthly, or term amount.
