Oglala Lakota College is a very small, four-year, primarily nonresidential school, located in a remote rural area (Kyle, South Dakota). It is a public school, located in the great Plains area of the country. It is considered a tribal school, primarily for Native American populations, as well as an original land-grant school. (Land-grant institutions are schools that have been designated by Congress to receive the benefits of the Morrill Acts of 1862 and 1890.)

Thomas Shortbull is the President of the school. You can find more information about Oglala Lakota College by visiting their website.

Oglala Lakota College has an open admissions policy. This policy may or may not affect your chances of being admitted to the school.

There are currently 1,445 students enrolled in the Oglala Lakota College.

Academic and career counseling services are available to students and, if it fits better with your needs, the school offers some programs via distance learning.

The average tuition for out-of-state full-time undergraduates can be determined by calling the admissions office. If you are an in-state student, then the tuition will usually be less; check with the admissions office for details on qualifying and amounts.
