University of the District of Columbia

University of the District of Columbia is a medium-sized, four-year, primarily nonresidential school, located in a large city (Washington, District of Columbia). It is a public school, located in the exciting East Coast area of the country. It is considered a historically black school, as well as a land-grant school. (Land-grant institutions are schools that have been designated by Congress to receive the benefits of the Morrill Acts of 1862 and 1890.)
